PG 15-25: Slurry Tankers from 15.000-25.000 l.

Two series: PG and PG Basic - according to equipment and accessories. The PG series are as standard mounted with SlurryMaster 6000 - the most advanced control and slurry dosage computer on the market and they can be equipped with i.e: hydraulically operated pump tower (larger filling capacity than regular vacuum pump systems), electronic wheel steering, lift, full hydraulic transmission etc.

Slurry Equipment for mounting on PG slurry tanker:

CM black soil slurry incorporator (6 or 7,5 m working width)
TE and TD: single or double disc-cutter slurry incorporators (6 or 8m working width)
Drip hose systems: (12-28m working width) available with or with out ADS (anti-dripping-system).

Slurry Equipment:

Mixers: RV 100, RV 150 and RV 200 – mechanical or full hydraulic slurry mixers for large storage tanks or lagoons.
Mobile tractor slurry pumps: MP6 high capacity regular filling pump  (storage tank to Slurry Tanker) and KPX - full hydraulic high capacity filling and mixing unit

Stationary Slurry Pumps:

Stationary slurry pumps (tractor or electrically driven). Complete equipment program for pumping slurry from stable, to pre-tanks and storage tanks.

Spreaders:

Spreaders from 9-29 m3.
The SP series (SP9, 11, 12 and 15) are universal spreaders, which can distribute material from 3 t/ha to 70 t/ha.
The FLEX series (FLEX 16 and 20) are heavy duty spreaders, which can be mounted with 3 different kinds of spreading equipment.
SP 22 universal spreader comes standard with broad-spreading equipment specialized to spread light or dry materials as well as sludge.

Optimal utilization of farming manure as fertilizer

Slurry:

Slurry tankers:
Dosing is mandatory on slurry tankers when optimal utilization of the fertilizer is requested. Samson Agro A/S Slurry Master computers (SM 6000 and SM 4000) are easy to operate and programme, and they are the most advanced slurry controllers on the marked.

Incorporation of slurry:

SAMSONS CM black soil incorporator is constructed for slurry
injection on stubble and ploughed fields. The construction of the
incorporator is profiled high-tensile steel. The incorporator is
supplied with two rows of harrow teeth. The incorporator places
the slurry precisely in the depth down to 15 cm.

SAMSON TE and TD: Incorporators with single or double disc cutters. Designed for incorporation of slurry in grass fields and in short crops i.e. wheat and barley etc.
The incorporators have independent hydraulic depth adjustment in order to ensure the best placement of the slurry.

Advantages from incorporation of slurry:

Documented better utilization of the nutrients in the slurry, practically no evaporation of ammonia.

• The odour problems are reduced considerably
• Soil cultivation at the same time as slurry injection. In ploughed fields, the soil is prepared for seeding.
• No slurry on the plants when incorporation in grass fields

Hosebars:

Hosebars are mainly used when spreading of slurry is requested to be done on fields with crop. A hose bar reduces the evaporation of ammonia considerably compared to spreading slurry with a spreading plate only.

Solid material:

SAMSON's SP and FLEX spreaders are well know for their ability of handling many different types of material and to achieve effective pulverizing and homogeneity in distribution - which is one of the most important factors in an optimal exploitation of the fertilizer value in the material.
Dosing computer and other additional features, adds further value to these already world wide recognised spreaders.
