Spiraflex regulating shunt
Spiraflex regulating shunt is designed for more reliable and accurate heat adjustment in pigsties and poultry-yards. Regulating shunt is equipped with ball valves and thermometers which makes service easier. It also consists of component parts which resist the pigsty’s aggressive environment, tough cleaning, and excessive wear. It is a regulating device which shows reliable performance year after year.
Spiraflex regulating shunt comes in two versions:
On/off adjustment using magnetic valve.
Magnetic valve is attached to output relay of the ventilation computer, and it opens/closes depending on chosen temperatures. The system is adapted for small quantities of water.
0-10 V adjustment using the driven valve.
Valve motor is attached to 0-10 V output of the ventilation computer and it ensures very accurate adjustment of the temperature. The motor is water-resistant, and has a IP 66 classification. The system is adapted for precise adjustment of temperature in large quantities of water. Spiraflex regulating shunt comes as a completely assembled unit ready for installation.

Spiraflex Blending Loop was designed using industrial components of an exceptionally high standard. It consists of a powerful three-stage pump, a Danfoss AVTB industrial valve with coated copper piping, a brass manifold with continuous regulation and two disc thermometers. Spiraflex Blending Loop comes complete with mounting fittings.
